Big bedding.
Amazing, favourable location in Bellagio, very close to the centre of Bellagio and all the restaurants and shops around the picturesque cobbled streets. 10 minutes walk from La Perla del Lago.

Very well located and with updated facilities and comfort. In spite of the 38 steps to its entrance, it is not to be scared, they are low, of about 10 cms. and extended, comfortable in spite of the number. Only to be taken into account the suitcase ... but it is supposed to be only once when you arrive (when you leave it is lowered). As I said, the steps are only to be considered when you arrive with your suitcases, since for the rest, every time you walk down the streets of Bellagio from the lake shore, you will have to climb similar and much longer stairs! - The room and its bathroom are not small despite a 2 star, I've been in worse with 3! - They offer a satisfactory breakfast and with good weather you can have it on a nice terrace with a view of the lake. All the staff we have contacted have always been very friendly and helpful.
I don't have anything to qualify as NOT liking it.

Well-kept and lovely little place in the heart of Bellagio. Amazing and fantastic position in the absolutely beautiful area, next to main square, the harbour and all the nice restaurants and the ferries through the day in summer. Besides, easy access to Valentinarte Art Gallery. Very very helpful and extremely friendly staff, perfectly pleasant stay. Private parking, excellent service. Simple check-out.

Perfect for a group getaway
The breakfast was better than we expected, high quality foods with the best cappuccinos of the trip.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap.

The hotel provided us with the relaxed and quiet holiday we wanted in one of the great holiday locations of the world. Visits to nearby locations and trips on the lake , topped off by the mountains. Superb.
There did seem to be a marked change over of staff. Who would be on duty this time?

it was a great location in Bellagio. The front desk staff were fantastic and we had a fabulous view of the lake.
no. but I would have liked the gym to open before 8am and breakfast to start before 7.30 am but no complaints as such.

Location is great and the room is nicely decorated. Overall it was very comfortable.
The continental breakfast menu was very basic and was hoping for a little more given the mid range price. The staff was overall pleasant but was not very helpful when they saw me struggling with my luggage when entering the hotel doors with heavy rain. Hence I rated the staff as fair

Put this on your radar
Nestled in the heart of town, this gem offers fine views of Lake Como. The staff was friendly, and the delicious breakfast was a lovely bonus. The room was super clean, and the comfortable beds. Be ready for a charming uphill walk to access the hotel.
